I am extremely disappointed in Cell C's service. I commenced with a brand new contract on 1 May 2013. Since then I have only had my phone for 1 month. I needed to send my brand new samsung Galaxy S 4 in for repairs - since the phone, when making an receiving calls, got warm to such an extent that I could not hold the phone against my face. After a long period, Cell C provided me with a brand new. This was 2 days ago. The new unit now gets extremely warm when i use data. The Cell C representative VICTOR at your Rosebank Branch was extremely rude to me, he said that I need to submit my phone again for repairs and I will get my phone back after 7 working days. He had a attitude when i asked for his name. He even put the phone against his cheek - Why I don't know, but I find this disgusting. I don't think that I need to pay for a phone and service that I am clearly not receiving. The blatant disregard of Cell C to deal with my concerns are appaulling. I did not provide VICTOR with my phone as I am not prepared to sit without my phone again. I want Cell C to provide me with a brand new unit as soon as possible. I want an apology form VICTOR. Otherwise I will cancel my contract.
