As a customer I have noticed that we (Customers) we are to fast to complain and we also ensure that we write down the name of the person who assisted us, then we name and shame that person to their superior. I would like to take this opportunity and thank Thami for the exeptional service that I have received from him and his team in Cell C Rosebank, for Thami to Cell C his is an asset that can never be measured in terms of monetary equivalent. I am very observant and i saw the way he treats us (customers) with respect and he also makes sure that we leave the shop satisfied, this compliment goes to him and his team thanks for assisting me with my cell phone I am very happy to be part of the Cell C family. Thanks Thami once again for someone will see how hard you work some day and you will be greatly rewarded for it why because you deserve it.
