Hi, Its with much disappointment I pen (key) this letter. I am a Cell-C customer for over 10 years now currently have a BB subs. For 3 weeks I was out of the country & didn't use my sim at all. When I returned I downloaded over my quota (as cell-c sent me a sms throttling my speed). On 16 May they drastically reduced my internet speed. Upon enquiry at a Cell-c branch, the lady said it happened to her twice but after 30 days it will get back to normal. It is now over 6 weeks and after contacting them many times my speed is still extremely slow. Do they only up the speed of Cell-C staff? I am really considering 8ta or Vodacom once my contract expires.
Very disappointed cell-c customer.
