I have a contract with Autopage them for almost 10 years. Last year I upgraded my account and received a blackberry phone. This year the battery overheated and the cursor danced around on its own. I had sent it in for repairs at the Fordsburg branch, and I received the phone after almost 2 months. The battery was replaced but the problem with the cursor was not resolved.
In September, I re submitted the phone for repairs at the same branch for the same reasons as above. I have not received my phone back. Every time I call the branch, they say that they will call me back, and they don't. I called the customer services no 0861232424 and was advised that they cannot help me without a job and IME number. The consultant advised that a manager will call me. I have not received this call as yet.
I called the branch back for the details over a week ago and was promised an email with the details which I have not yet received. I logged my issue on the website and received an automated mail stating that I will be contacted within 24 hours." This did not happen, today (2 Dec 2013) I received another automated mail with the same Services numbers that I had previously called.
