Unable to help???

So we go to The Grove to send in my wife`s Blackberry, had it 6 months and the battery does not last longer than 3 hours no matter what. Ask them to check it out or send it in and I get the attitude of a lifetime saying they cannot help me but they are opening a service and repair section soon. But for time being they do not take your phone or send it in. The guy wasn`t even trying to look at it because him and his buddy are sitting behind their pc laughing and chatting and not really in the mood for work. So I ask him what to do and he just says go to Menlyn. i told him I do not have time to go to Menlyn and stand in those queues but he just says that`s all. They can`t help me and then they just go on with their thing and talking and laughing. I have been a Vodacom subscriber for more than 10 years with 3 contracts and if they need to fix something why must I go stand in a ques? why won`t these people help? Last time another Vodashop took the phone and sent it in. But him with his tattoos and attitude is really not in the mood to help. Will not set foot in that shop again. Useless support. Why do they pay them if they don`t know anything?
