Account received of thousands for data usage

I received a vodacom statement 2013-12-03, of which the account no qv 484140-9, cell phone no 079 246 9104, and was charged r 7994-00 for dat usuage, yet it was for a 3g laptop, which I don't have. What I have is a samsung tablet tab 3. I then phoned vodacom and spoke to carl on 111, which diverted my call to the data department, although I could hear someone on the other side of the line, and despite greeting this person, he did not respond and dropped the phoned, I then again attempted the same call, and again spoke to carl, which acknowledged the bad service, and were then put on hold: I then decided to take the option of them phoning me back, within the hour, as was stated by the voice mail, however no reply from vodacom, please help as I am stressed out, about this account! Thanks!!
