Bad service at vodashop the Grove

On the 23 January 'n phoned vodashop The Grove to enquire whether the Blackberry 9320 that 'n wanted to replace was in stock. As it wasn't in stock, they took my details with the promise that new stock will arrive by Friday 24 January and that they will phone me.
By Tuesday 28 January I went to the shop in person as I haven't received any calls from them yet. There were 8 employees in the shop and only 3 people seemed to be working. The rest was sitting against the counters chatting loudly. It took them 25mins just to find out if someone did indeed order a new Blackberry for me. I was told again that there were no stock in the shop but that it will arrive before Saturday 1 February and they will phone me. Again they took my details.
I phoned them this morning to inquire whether their stock has arrived yet. The lady I spoke to confirmed that they did have stock and that I only needed to bring my ID to the shop to collect my new phone.
After 30mins of waiting I was told I can't get my phone because the insurance division is closed on Sundays.
It has been almost 2 weeks and I'm still without a phone. This is terrible service!
