BAD/POOR SERVICE

I have send three mails (see below) - no response on one of them till now
Mails send to Vodacom Customer mail address:

I work across the highway from your Vodacom head office (Midrand) and have No Signal 95% of the time and at best get 1 bar signal or shows sos (no signal). I have just accepted it but have now decided i am paying contract customer for 16 years and do not have a service from vodacom. Secondly I went to the Vodacom shop in Menlyn on Sunday, to change my 32K card to a 64K, at entering the shop I ask the Vodacom staff member what to do and she advised me to stand in the que, after a half an hour waiting in the que. I arrived at the counter, by asking the Vodacom staff member if she could assist me to swop my card, o! o! we do not have 64K cards in stock, you have to come later. Asking for alternatives or even courier it to me, 'no' was her answer. I do feel this is unacceptable way to address my issue. I am due also for a upgrade, however postpone it because of the poor signal, but I think this assisted me in making a decsion and considering to move to MTN
