PATHETIC SERVICE AND INCCORECT INFORMATION

I took out a contract with Auto page i requested that there be a limit on the account so when it reaches 2GB it cuts off my consultant said he has put a my limit on the account.
However when i received my October statement my account was R1761 i phoned in and spoke to a Luyanda who was rude and told me that i am liable for the account and there is no such thing as a limit on an open account i then called my consultant whose name is Imraan and he said that the are talking nonsense. he checked my account and told me that the my limit was removed in July but he will activate it again which he has. How is it possible that one person says i can have a limit and the other says is impossible? nevertheless i made an arrangement for funds in my account and asked a lady by the name of Patience to debit my acc on the 10/12/13 on the 12/12/13 my acc was still not debited i called in and spoke to a lady by the name of Palesa who told me that my account is up to date and that the my limit is still active but now my bill for Nov is R1500. my contract suppose to be R300 how am i liable for the R3000 due for Oct and Nov when there is clearly a miss communication between Auto page head office
