Credit Limit Misinformation

Took out a data contract with autoopage about a year. Firstly when i signed the contract, i specified with the consultant named Imraan, that there will be a limit on the data usage, and when depleted, the data will stop.
In July'13 phoned a consultant by the name of Loan White to change the debit order date and apparently the data limit block was removed at that time, without my consent. Recently in Nov, i received a bill of 1760, in which there was an additional data usage of 1279. When i spoke the consultant named Luyanda, she told me that this is a open line contract and there is no way that they can put a limit on it, but when i spoke to my original guy from whom i took out the contract, he says that he did put a limit onto it, but it was removed and now he has put a limit again. This is clearly a confusion between consultant, and i am getting billed for it. Kindly resolve and gimme the credit for the additional usage.
