I have submitted a complaint about the above however they responded on this website stating that the matter was finalized.
This is not possible as no one contacted me regarding this matter so i would like to know how this matter could have been sorted out?
I have received a new bill also R1500 which i refuse to be liable for as i have requested that there be a limit set on the account.
I have called in and the information given was that there is a limit that is placed on the account now so how is it possible for the manager to tel me that they do not put limits on open line accounts very annoyed with the information given to me and i hope this matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
