When I got my Vodacom Internet stick I was told ill be only able to put a limit on my Data usage after three months...
So I phoned after three months, trying to put a limit on my account.
I was told the minimum limit is R50 rand. I asked for the limit to be put on my account,
I was told it was there.
the my account was debited for R800!!!
Again I phoned, the limit was not put in place, and I was told it will be put in place.
Terms and condition were read to me.
Then now, again, after checking my balance the whole time, my account gets debited with R1240!!!
I phoned again and guess what my limit was still not put in place.
Seems to me like Vodacom is ripping of their customers big time, by fooling them into thinking there is a limit. The I need to pay and do a lot of admin just to get itimized bill.
DO NOT SIGN DEBIT ORDER FORM from VODACOM
They are.
Cannot wait to cancel my contract and try a different honest network.
I dnt have the money for these bills... that's why I ask for a limit.
