i have received my account statement from Vodacom for my IPad, the contract is a 2 gig contract! I have set a maximum limit on the account of R50 (if the 2 gig are finished).
On my account Vodacom went past the limit of the R50 that was set.
I spoke to Vodacom client call center operator. Ref:292419616, but she cant explain why Vodacom didn't stick to the limit that was set! She did confirm in the call that the limit are set and still in place!
She said that Vodacom will call me back within 24hours.(Ref:53/TPF1D/2DGTY)
