So my boyfriend took out a contract a few months ago at auto page menlyn for an iPhone 5 .. The first 2 or three months was an open contract wich is always a scare if you get your bill .. So we asked them to put a limit of 150 rand .. The limit only blocked the phone after a while .. We received a bill for 4000 rand wich is impossible .. If they hand us a paper proving the calls, it doenst help because there was supposed to be a limit in the first place .. Today he received another one stating there is 3000 rand due end of the month again?!??? This is completely impossible .. Especially because there's supposed to be a 150 rand limit .. And he's phone was almost blocked the whole month? So he went to auto page woodlands to get to the bottom of it .. And they state this is true .. But they keep on forgetting that there's supposed to be a limit??? This is alot of money and its causing us to cancel out December vacation!!! I would just like to add that I'm not sure what the problem is .. But I need someone to contact us ASAP so we can really look in to this because we are not just letting this go ..
