I HATE VODACOM>Almost a month has passed since I complained about unauthorised charges by Vodacom and nothing has been resolved. Indeed, vodacom continue "adding" on to my bill, on my 120s iPhone contract!
I feel that vodacom, like telkom, will begin to lose customers, because of bad practice. Therefore, I instructed my financial adviser to sell my vodacom shares. INVESTORS BEWARE! Don't u hate it when they persist in calling, in spite of frequent requests to correspond by email!
