When I opened my contract I asked for a R10 limit so that I only use the Free data and nothing else. Next day I received an sms saying my new call limit is R300. Phoned the call centre and they confirmed that there is 2 call limits one for R10 and one for R300 and they will delete the R300 one. Received my bill and clearly the limit was not fixed. Phoned the call centre again and the guy told me the limit is at R300 and he will change it again.

I can not see how I am liable for someone at Nashua mobile that cant do his job??? This is really unacceptable, how do you guys operate?

People warned me against Nashua Mobile and I did not listen. Only started the contract and already wished I could close it.
