Virgin did a early upgrade on my bbcontract due to the problems we had with the blackberry. The head office informed me that i wound be helt responsible for the paymenton the early upgrade its now more than four months that every month im having problems with the accounts department saying im behind on my account im so sick of all the problems since May 2012 ive been having with virgin i just want to close all my accounts and i want to take this to the news papers. Some of the people dont know what to do so way dont they employ personal that can do the work. You can ask them to sent you emails you will never get it but if you one day late with payment they suspent your line
