Problem after problem with Virgin Mobile

I had 2 contracts with virgin, both came to an end in January this year, trying to buy a car now and was informed Virgin, who has not bothered to even send me one Been listing me on the credit beuro and will be handing me over next month.

Are you people crazy, how dare you. I closed my accounts with you and my accounts were paid up to date. Where do you get off. I demand you resolve this immediately.
