I took out a contract with virgin in Feb 2012 with a blackberry but since then I had problems with the phone. Virgin already replaced the phone 5 times. In February this year they replaced it with a bb9320 it was working fine till May then the problem started again. The phone is freezing and take up to 30 minutes before you can use it again I did report it to Juliate at virgin head office nothing is been done yes she did phone me and I explained the problem. I dont want to sent the phone in because im paying for a bb service and cannot use it in this past year they had the phone morevthan me but I must pay every month my full fees. I want them to change the phone when they come and collect the phone and I dont want a bb they can change my contract to a samsung contract that is the same amount that im paying now.
