I did my upgrade last week 04/06/2013 and still have not received the phone. I even paid in R410 for an early upgrade. I want virgin mobile to know that if the phone is not delivered by tomorrow 12/06/2013 I want a refund. I will not accept any excuses. I am sick and fed up of all the false hope. Virgin Mobile has to be the worst networksupplier. Hope this message reaches someone high up. Cause I am completely annoyed.
