Virgin has still not given me a answer as to why they are steeling my mone and now the are telling me to pay 570 to close that account while they are the ones who are wrong.
You never get your statement and you never have signal on the phones you take with them.
No solutions till to day, dont open up a contract with Virgin mobile people you will have unlimited problems!
