GARNISH ORDER AFTER ARRANGEMENT MADE

Hi, last month, 21 Nov 2013 to be exact, I made an arrangement for a debit order to go off my account on the 26th of each month for R1500-00 with Burnard Raaff & Associates. On the 26th of Nov 2013 the amout went off my account as arranged. Now, this morning (11 Dec 2013) I received this sms (Courtcase batch 0412/1387128. VODACOM a/c not paid in last 3 months. Garnish order date activation 31/12/2013 011 023 9160). Then when I call the number no one to help me. I have not defaulted on my arrangement!!! and now a Garnish order! Someone please help me! I did not default! I made an arrangement that I am adhering to. This is totally unacceptable! I have proof of debit order gone off my account too!
