I am very unhappy with the way my vodacom account has been handled by Lorraine from Burnarrd Raaff & Associates, while working at my previous company they were deducting R600 every month and now that I am no longer working there and due to my circumstances i have made an arrangement with them to deduct R250 from my account. My debit order went through on th 28/2/2013 but to my surprise somebody was sent to my employer by them to request that i sign a garnishing order of R2200 of which i have refused. why sending people whereas i am paying the account, how on earth will i be able to pay R2200 if i cannot afford to pay R600. Their service is disgusting, I was even anterrogated when I told her that i cannot afford to pay R600 anymore, being unable to pay my account does not give anyone the rights to make me feel so stupid. I am very unhappy with the way they are handling the account. I have told them that i am available on email but no one ever try to send an email to tell me that someone will be coming. I am only available on my lunch but i was forced to go out and see them. My account does not even go down its going up every month. NO MAN
