It was agreed that my garnish order was going to be cancelled and my attorney sent me proof that every month R100 will be debited off my account on the 28th of each month.
Nobody contacted me to let me know that the companies were changing. Nobody even mentioned to me that the debit order THEY set up stopped working apparently 6 BLADY months ago!!! I swore to a debit order of R100. I want proof why the debit order stopped working and why my director is getting another Garnish order when i get paid R10 000 on the 28th of each month and why the debit order was not going off on the 28th of each month! I will not accept to a garnish order when the debit order stopped working because of Coombe and Associates and Felix associates incompetent disgusting rude horrid attitude. I am absolutely shocked at how the call centre treated me. Giving me reasons why the garnish order was sent and one even said "what is my email address" instead of my ID number? Why was the debit order not going off on the 28th of each month at midnight when i was paid on the 28th of each month? Why was my payments not allocated and debited? I want proof that that this default is my fault!!
