SAME DEBIT ORDER TWICE FOR THE LAST 7 MONTHS

I have been battling for 7 months to have this sorted but NO SUCH LUCK!!! Absa for the last 6 - 7 months have debited my account twice a month for my bond account... putting a debit order through on the 26th as soon as my salary gets paid in, and then again on the 1st of every month. At one time I made an arrangement with ABsa to pay my bond account later that month which I have done by a transfer from my savings account to my bond account... and since I have done this the debit order goes through twice a month. This action forced me to withdrew all my money after the 26th and deposit it into my new FNB account leaving no money for the debit order to go through on the 1st which then leaves me with a bad credit record. I have tried to sort this on various occassions without any luck. I am now at a stage where I am closing all my accounts with Absa.
