I am not sure how you people operate and what sort of Ethics you hold as an organiszation. I just got my Salary and its short paid, I went to my employer and queried it and she advised I have a Garnishing order against me as per the salary advises, she called payroll to find out whats happening and they have advised that some inconsiderate Coombe & Associates have decided to garnish me without my knowledge for the amount of R1380 odd. Wow! What a nasty surprise! How the F do you think I should go through the month without having budgeted for such, I am aware that I have debt but I have made arrangements where possible & I am pretty sure I made an arrangement with one of your tracers for an amount I could afford which was to be deducted off my account in October/November, and I am wondering why you people have not even attempted to make an arrangement with me before taking such action with my employer. I have rent to pay and other responsibilities, how the do you expect me to do that!!! I am taking this to my lawyer and the Law Society, I will not take such lying down. You people cant just garnish people without letting them know.
