I have a problem with Bayport. I just found out now that they have listed me on ITC and they are busy trying to obtain a garnish order against my name. the last time they came to my work they requested for my banking details and told me if I don't make an arrangement with them they will garnish me. I called in the made an arrangement and they started debiting my account from September.
There was no summond for me to go to court and now they are telling me that they are going o garnish me weather I made an arrangement or not. The problem is they to me and told me that I'm signing for a debit order arrangement and the guy who came said its not a garnish order its an arrangement for them to debit my account and that if I don't sign they will garnish. I was misled and told that they will be debiting only to find out today that I was actually signing for a garnish order. This is unfair treatment.
Please assist me in making an arrangement not a garnish order because that was not the arrangement.
