I have been having problems with my personal loan debit order for the past 2 months, i changed my debit order date as well as my banking details effective May 2013. Come the 20th of May my account was not debited, i called the call centre and was advised that the debit is not loaded on the account and that this will be fixed from June going forward and for that month i made an EFT. On the 20th of June again my account wasnt debited and again i called to find out why i am having the same problem, only to be advised that there is no debit loaded, the lady i spoke to told me the debit will be taken on Tuesday the 25th of June, only for be told that the debit is going to be taken on the 26th of June. I query the debit amount and am advsied it will be approx R1374 which is incorrect as i made an arrangement to pay approx R1800 for installment plus arrears only to be advised that the arrangement was never put in place. then i go through to collections to be told there is an arrangement which i didnt stick to!!! how didnt i stick to it if i made the payment. Now i am being told the arragnement is no longer in place. Some please FIX this MESS!!!
