Atlas Finance
Forced to sign a ganishee form

I had a loan with atlas in 2011, end of August I was unemployed of which I did inform them. On the 22nd of July 2013 I got a job and I immediately called atlas to make payment arrangement and was transferred to Muzi Biyela to assist me, he said they will send me forms to sign for a debit order, when I receive the forms its a whole bunch of forms including the form for garnishee, I called him back to say that I wanted to make arrangement for payments and it can be done via debit order not to sign for a garnishee. He insisted that I should sign all the forms they won't garnish me, but I'm not stupid I can understand what's written in those forms and I will not sign for a garnish when I made an arrangement with them, that is against the law (CPA). I told him that I don't trust Atlas as they have a reputation and I'd rather make cash payment every month and I asked for their bank details but he refused. Can somebody help me with bank details, all I want is to pay this account. and on your forms you attached a letter stating that the agreement was to start paying on the 31st of July but that's incorrect, on the phone with Muzi I told him I will start paying end of August not July.
