Failed to exchange my phone within 7 days

I took a new phone blackberry 9720 on Friday the 06/12/2013. and when i came back with the phone on the same day within 2 hours it gave me the problems, it started to freeze, until i took a battery out then it works. on the following day it did the same thing and i phoned the shop and spoke to Sane Mathe the branch manager who advised me to return the phone for exchange. I took the phone back on Monday the 09/12/2013.

When Khaya the salesman was busy trying to exchange my phone, i told him that the bar code on top of the box was not there, my kid removed it. And i did notice that and i read the numbers on that box and the one on the bar code the numbers to me looked the same so i didn't bother to keep that sticker.

And now they are saying they cant change it for me. Which means that i will have to pay 24 months for a phone that gave me problems within 2 hours i took it from MTN. And Sane the branch manager, is saying she can book it for warranty check, and if it pass that then they can exchange. In the meantime what must i use, there was a reason for me to buy a new phone with Internet.

Honestly I am not happy with MTN right now and I'm very much disappointed.
