I purchased the Samsung Pusha FM from the Pep store in Flora Centre on the 27/4/13. The next day when my wife tried to phone me at work she complained that she could not hear me, after further testing I found that no one I spoke to on the phone could hear me. When I eventually had a day of from work I returned to the store to go and exchange the phone. The manager Prudence confirmed there was a problem and said to me that she could book it in for repairs but it would take about 3 weeks to fix. I asked if they could give me a loan phone to use in the meantime, she said that they don't have any. I asked if I could exchange it and I was told that they have a 7 day return policy so she couldn't't do that even if she wanted to. I am very disappointed about this, it really feels like this business are able to from you legally. I gave them money and I want a working phone. It's not rocket science!
