I had a horrific experience from MTN Cape Gate. I upgraded my Daughters cellphone to a Nokia Lumia 820 we had problems accessing the internet etc and we took the phone to MTN Service centre Canal Walk were we were informed the phone was faulty and we had to return it to Cape Gate. They would not exchange the phone for new one even though I only had the phone 24 Hours without the Box. I went and got he box and they still would not exchange the phone because the box was brocken and advised us that they had to send the phone away and it would take 5 working days.
This is the most pathetic excuse on planet earth... everything they need was there but because the box is broken the phone cant be exchanged.
