On Saturday the 11 January 2014 i went to Cell C store Mall at Reds and apply the contract phone with the aim of converting my prepaid number to a contract, however the phone that i was really interested is Nokia I5 16GB, i took the blackberry curve phone and immediately when i arrive home i feel that I'm not happy with the product, on the following day i went back to the store to request exchange and the store manager Brenda she told me that they have to check the phone after 7 days and on Monday the 13 January she called me and say they have refuse to exchange the phone and the only thing that i can do is to settle the phone with the amount of R 1980.00 or continue with a contract.
