On friday the 27th of December 2013 I purchased a new Samsung S4 from the Mtn Store at the Cresta Mall. I began using it on the 28th of December 2013 whereby the phone battery began giving me problems even after it was charged overnight to 100% level this continued until the 31st of December 2013. I then returned to the store to exchange the phone as I had used the phone for less than 4days. I spoke to a consultant who was rude and accused me of misusing the phone, refused to accept my returing of the phone. Later I spoke to the store manager who told me that I have to take the phone for a warranty repair.
I am highly disatisfied with the service and the quality of the phone battery which I specifically bought for its alleged long lasting battery life. Also I feel that my consumer rights where infringed upon as I have a right to exchange or return an unsatisifactory product within 7 days if I am unhappy with it.
