2nd month incorrect bill from Telkom

This was my complaint below, Telkom have not corrected my account and still recon I owe them 53GB of data's money when I was on the uncapped account. Someone from Telkom phoned my with regrads to my complaint but still nothing has been done to the incorrect billing.

Beginning of Oct 2013 I phone Telkom to make arrangements for the outstanding R309 on my account, they did not want to help me so I asked them to cancel my ADSL line. 17/18 Oct 2013 a call center agent from Telkom phones me up and told me they will give me discount by dropping my line speed to 2MB and put me on a 10GB capped account and take me off the Uncapped account. They told me how much I would save and I said fine I can go with that.
Now I received a bill of R1779 for internet usage. Oct I was still on uncapped with R309 outstanding, they moved me to a 10GB capped account and wants to charge me for 53GB of Data. W
