When is UNCAPPED UNCAPPED

I saw several people (including me) having problems this month with Telkom's uncapped ADSL service. Since the middle of the month I noticed a gradual degrading of my service up to where I was completely blocked to download P2P. Needless to say all complaints to Telkom's support department were flatly ignored. Yesterday on 27/2/2013 I login to check my usage of the bandwidth and got a message to the effect that I use too much bandwidth and my account is managed (on UNCAPPED!!!). I did the same today 28/2/2013 and the message read that I have UNCAPPED bandwidth and usage is not applicable. Now Telkom, these contradicting messages, I want to know what I did wrong, because one day you say I did wrong (WHAT???) and the very next day you say no problem, but still punish me. I think in any democratic society any person is entitled to know what he/she dis wrong. I don't know if I will get any feedback here from Telkom, probably NOT. Telkom leaves the impression that no matter what your usage of the bandwidth is (10Gb of 200Gb) they will punish you at will
