I spoke to legal team and requested the address the letters was sent to. But understand my point why did it take 4 years for this account to accumulate to 20 000 before I was sms'ed this year to say I was handed over where indeed I was placed on ITC according to legal team and in 2010 I went on dept counseling and they never picked anything up. If someone can contact me and answer all my questions regarding the address the letters was sent to and number smses was sent to it will be great. I asked Legal Team to email me all documentation regarding the account and also requested the address letters was sent to on Monday 2nd December but I am still waiting. PLEASE CONTACT ME SO WE CAN SORT OUT THIS ISSUE BEFORE THE FESTIVE HOLIDAYS
