Being charged/penalised for Telkom's incompetence

I had a 2meg line with 10Gb data, but cancelled the account and got a 1meg uncapped account. Months down the line I was disconnected without notice due to "outstanding payments". It was discovered that Telkom never cancelled the first account on their system. After months of agony I was told that the account has finally been cancelled (Ref 26812506). I'm now moving house and have requested that the line be moved to the new address. Telkom phoned back and said that they won't move the line because now there's ANOTHER amount outstanding on my account!? First I thought they they never did their job AGAIN by removing the old account from my name, but now it seems as if they have added another person's details to my account? My name is not Brenda and the account details, e-mail address & physical address they have of me are all wrong! New dispute ref 26879776. I need this resolved as I need the internet at my new house asap! This has been going on since 2012?! Ridiculous
