Hi have ADSL with Telkom. My package CLEARLY says that I have 10GB a month. After that I can TOP UP or just go on with soft cap. MY CHOICE!!

I just got an account, I was charged for 19GB extra usage last month. WHY DID THE CAP NOT STOP AT 10GB??? THIS IS WHAT I SIGNED ON FOR??

I understand that you have the 10GB 10GB promotion. If this was applicable on my account... WHY WAS MY ACCOUNT NOT CAPPED AT 20GB THEN?? YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO TOP UP YOURSELF AND THEN JUST BILL ME FOR IT!! THE CAP WAS SUPPOSED TO BE STOPPED. INSTEAD I GET A FAT SURPRISE!

WHAT KIND OF IS THIS?? You give an extra 10GB a month BUT YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET THAT AMOUNT BACK X2.

WHAT IS THE POINT IN THE PROMOTION EXACTLY?? OH I KNOW!!?? ITS TO CUSTOMERS. YOU MAKE SURE THAT IT DOES NOT GO INTO SOFT CAP MODE OR CUTS OF AT 5 OR 10 GB, AND DOES NOT INFORM THE CUSTOMER ABOUT THIS. I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT THIS. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS!! PERIOD... I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS STUPID PROMOTION. MY ACCOUNT HAS TO BE STOPPED AT 10GB... PERIOD... I WILL TOP UP MYSELF IF I WANT AN EXTRA GB.

PLEASE CORRECT MY ACCOUNT AND DEDUCT R645 ASAP!! I will contact ICASA as well
