Ive reported my adsl line is faulty from the 28 nov 2013
but today ive phoned and the callcentre phoned a technician while she called him ive listend to the
call he says there is a fault on my lin e but there is no spares for the dslam port
but the Telkom technician was at my Telkom box across my house my adsl was working the 27 nov 2013
so he swaped my line for someone else to have internet
I give Telkom till Monday the 9 dec for my line to be repaired or I going to the Kempton express
and raport because I get no call backs I asked them to give me a call no one is calling me back regarding the problem this is unacceptable I pay for the service and this is what I get that very weak Telkom from your side
and if my line is not fixed by Monday 9th dec 2013 I will go to that box and reconnect that wires my self until I have internet I have a company to run and this is a lost of income and I cant to afford it to have loss of income
plz phone me regarding my problem
