Hi,

Beginning of Oct 2013 I phone Telkom to make arrangements for the outstanding R309 on my account, they did not want to help me so I asked them to cancel my ADSL line. 17/18 Oct 2013 a call center agent from Telkom phones me up and told me they will give me discount by dropping my line speed to 2MB and put me on a 10GB capped account and take me off the Uncapped account. They told me how much I would save and I said fine I can go with that.
Now I received a bill of R1779 for internet usage. Oct I was still on uncapped with R309 outstanding, they moved me to a 10GB capped account and wants to charge me for 53GB of Data. When I was on the 5GB capped account my internet was stopped when I reached my cap. I tried phoning 10210 today but the accounts department keeps on giving me a busy tone. I want Telkom to give me the voice recordings of both beginning of Oct as well as 17/18Oct so I can take it to my legal representative, this is day light after I told Telkom I cannot afford it they gone and charged my much more and they threaten me with listing me on the credit listings as a bad payer due to their mistake.
