Very poor service & bad & nofeedback after 1 month

I applied for a telkom adsl uncapped internet line in april and was charged forn 2 adsl uncapped data lines which i queried and received an sms that dispute logged and will resolve shortly in May i was charged again for 2 uncapped data lines and no credit for previous overcharge and now in june i was charged again and i must phone every month to complain yhat i onl;y have 1 ADSL UNCAPPED LINE why am i being charged for 2 still awaiting credit but have 4 REFERENCE nos for calls but telkom just not sorting out query plus i am being charged for 2 meg lines and now my account is high and i am paying monthly but now i will not pay till query sorted but they will cancel line and ainternet and charge interest on late payment but we must wait for telkom to sort query when it suits them for over 2 montrhs this is totally unacceptable
