On uncapped but got capped

Last week I applied for an uncapped 4 Meg line from Telkom. They said everything is sorted and even phoned me and said it was done. Today I got capped and phoned in to internet support.

They guy on the other end said I was capped and never applied for an uncapped account! What is going on with Telkom? Do they not want customers?
