So called uncapped?!

Good evening,

Your warnings are seriously irritating!
Firstly- The definition of UNCAPPED is: "Uncapped ADSL refers to an ADSL account that has no limit to the amount of data that can be downloaded for that line speed."

Secondly - Your AUP is a bunch of bull... You are falsely advertising a product for which you (Mweb) are putting us (Consumer) under a false illusion of unlimited usage.

If you do not have the infrastructure to handle such usage do not advertise such packages.

If you want to initiate cancellation procedures go ahead! Just make sure our line gets transfered to my telkom account. Also please inform me when this has been done, as I am not planning on curbing my usage at all, seeing that I have a UNCAPPED product and not a CAPPED product, also which I pay dearly for each month.

Seeing that you (mweb) want to cancel this I am not willing to pay any further monies to you. Also I will not be held liable for any monies that might be outstanding on the 6 month contract, as I am not the one wanting to cancel the service. As far as I am concerned the contract ended in any way at the beginning of April
