No Delivery Details from Vodacom

Yesterday I contacted Vodacom through their chat service to find out when my phone will be delivered. I had a chat with Ashlee, a Chat_General consultant. I took a new contract with Vodacom on 20 november for iPhone 5s. My reference numbers are 7FME17 and 14936163. I did my application online and they could not tell me when they will be delivering. Is it still going to be in December or should I expect it in February? Vodacom should know how long the waiting list is and devices coming per batch. Ashlee could not give me a necessary answer and she promised me to transfer me to another department and that never happened and she stop the chat. I do not know when I will be receiving my phone.
