I contacted Vodacom last week 29 August, via the chatline, as suggested by them, to upgrade my daughters cellphone. After half an hour chat with Xoliswa, upgrade was 'sorted' and phone on its way - awesome. Friday I go online to follow up, spoke to a new agent (name forgotten), sorry no upgrade was done, no problem I will complete the process - GREAT. Today 04 Sept 2013, still no phone, so I follow up on the chatline with Isobel Tumelo, who tells me sorry no upgrade has been done. Not impressed I ask her what now, she just goes off line - lovely. So I try and get another agent online and they just close my chat! Now I know why I am no longer wanting to use vodacom. Oh yes reason why I used chatline, is no replies to emails and I held on for 40 minutes twice on Thursday trying to discuss the upgrade! Shocking vodacom!
