Just a quick note to say thanks so much to Brent Nathon at the Vodacom online chat who was able to give me the exact professional assistance I required. I was having an issue with my BB and he was able to assist without delay and with the correct information. It is such a pleasure to have any Vodacom related issue sorted on the online chat as I have used it on various occasions to sort our problems and the advice and information has always been excellent. Well done Vodacom on outstanding service! The online chat is the perfect solution to avoiding dealing with the call centre and having to "press 1 for"... press 2 for... etc
I will only use the Online chat for my vodacom related issues as its the best and less frustrating way to go.
