Wow!! I did something immensely stupid and forgot my pin code this evening. I hardly switch my phone off so I use my PIN once every 3 months maybe. I went into panic mode. My PUK number was at work so if I had to enter the incorrect pin in 3 times, I would have been stuck until the morning. I logged onto the Vodacom website and saw a new option - online chat. This gives you the ability to speak to a consultant directly via instant messaging. The girl that assisted me was of great help and sorted out my problem immediately. Thanks Vodacom! This service is really amazing! It's time that other companies do something similar! After this event I am never leaving this service provider!
