On 18/09/2013, I completed an online application. on 19/09/2013, 24hrs later, I still did not receive a response. I therefore initiated an online chat. My application was processed before 12pm, therefore I requested that the item be delivered the next day, as per your false advertising. I was then informed that it still needs to be confirm before delivery. Well, I heard NOTHING else from Vodacom for an entire week, so I phoned them each day to find out what was going on. The answer: Not confirmed as yet. On 26/09/2013, I managed to get hold of the sales agent who completed the application, I went off at him, and told him I was not impressed, as Vodacom has not contacted me once within the week! I was then told there is no stock and it will take another week for the stock to arrive. I cancelled the order! Then I received a call from vodacom asking if there is anything else I would like instead, so I asked if vodacom is going to go the extra mile and offer me a reduced rate. Answer: I'm sorry, we can't do that. Exactly, Vodacom was not prepared to go the extra mile to satisfy an already dissatisfied customer! So I told them to shove it!
