I have tried to contact VODACOM to report a problem with the Network in Hartbeespoort.

There was no interest in making contact with me and a normal 48 hrs was passed as a response. Complete conversation available from the online chat.

Jaco: Not able to contact 082111 complete call failure.
Jaco: This should have been picked up by Networks this morning if they were monitoring service levels and dropped calls.
Jaco: Was information received in proper format and is it sufficient to attend to the problem. Or is it requested that we go to Vodaworld to report the problem in person. No reply is interpreted as failure to receive the information or interpret the message???
